Booking Confirmation: Booking onto SPSEnvirowall EWI courses implies agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Course Availability: Course availability is subject to change without prior notice. SPSEnvirowall reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly in such cases.
Payment Arrangement: Upon submission of the booking request, SPSEnvirowall will contact the main contact provided to arrange payment. Payment details and instructions will be communicated via email or phone.
Booking Process: To book a course, individuals must complete the online booking form provided on the SPSEnvirowall website or contact our designated course coordinator
Payment Deadline: Payment for the course must be made in full within the specified timeframe communicated by SPSEnvirowall to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by participants must be communicated to SPSEnvirowall in writing or via email. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellations made 3-10 days prior to the course start date will be rebooked to the earliest available date.
• No refund will be issued if cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the course start date with or without notification. Subject to circumstances.
• Participant Substitution: Participants may request to substitute another individual for the booked course by providing prior notice to SPSEnvirowall. Such requests are subject to approval.
Course Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by SPSEnvirowall trainers during the course. Disruptive behaviour or failure to comply may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including presentations, handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of SPSEnvirowall and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
Liability: SPSEnvirowall shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their property during the course duration.
Amendments: SPSEnvirowall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the SPSEnvirowall website.
