The SPSenvirowall render only system application was undertaken by an approved contractor who worked closely with SPSenvirowall and applied over 1300m2 of EnviroSil 1.5mm silicone topcoat colour WH89.

This protective SPSenvirowall silicone topcoat is a high vapour permeable product making it ideal to use as a finish with all types of insulation, especially in conjunction with a mineral wool insulation and is available in 1.00mm, 1.50mm, 2.00mm and 3.00mm grain size.

The Wixams Retirement Village covers an area of over 24,000m2 with flowing landscaped surroundings, planted with mature trees and shrubs for the enjoyment of the tenants.
