The Government has confirmed an allocation of £200m to fix private tower blocks clad with unsafe aluminium composite (ACM) cladding.

With many private sector high-rise blocks affected, from residential, student accommodation and hotels, changes in building regulations to non-combustible materials over 18m has left people in high-rise buildings with combustible elements to their cladding feeling vulnerable even though it is compliant with BS8414 and the building regulations at the time with many lease holders and tenants demanding checks are made on their buildings.

SPSenvirowall supplies a range of non-combustible façade systems which can be used on buildings over 18 meters.  Our systems use non-combustible stone wool insulation and mineral and silicone renders which will not fuel the spread of flame across a building. Our systems carry full BBA certification.

At SPSenvirowall, we are committed to the investment in our products and to ensure they carry all the appropriate certification to fully conform to all building regulations.
