Raeburn Heights is a 16 storey residential high rise block in Glenrothes, Fife which has recently undergone a £350,000 refurbishment to install external wall insulation and other energy efficiency measures.
Made up of 61 flats, the residential building underwent the installation of SPSenvirowall’s Wall System 2 utilising 110mm adhesively fixed mineral wool with silicone topcoat. The work carried out on the tower block is expected to reduce energy bills for its residents by 25% and has improved the look of the local area with its new attractive façade.
